1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Printorg.
By requesting a quote, submitting files, scheduling a repair, placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may change if:
- Additional work is required
- Incorrect information was provided
- Additional materials or parts are needed
- Project requirements change
3. Repair Services
Printorg provides repair services on a best-effort basis.
By submitting a device for repair, the customer acknowledges:
- Electronic repairs carry inherent risks.
- Previously damaged devices may contain hidden defects.
- Water-damaged devices may suffer additional failures after repair.
- Successful diagnosis does not guarantee successful repair.
Printorg is not liable for pre-existing defects or damage discovered during the repair process.
4. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are quoted separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Parts availability, pricing and delivery times may change based on supplier availability.
5. Data Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device for repair.
Although reasonable care is taken, Printorg is not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Software corruption
- Lost passwords
- Lost licenses
- Operating system issues unrelated to the repair
6. 3D Printing Services
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files are:
- Accurate
- Printable
- Legally owned
- Free from intellectual property infringement
Printorg may refuse files that:
- Cannot be manufactured reliably
- Violate applicable laws
- Present safety concerns
Minor dimensional variations, layer lines and cosmetic differences are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing.
7. STL Files and Design Work
Customers retain ownership of their original files unless otherwise agreed.
Printorg retains ownership of any original design work created by Printorg unless transferred in writing.
8. Lead Times
Estimated completion times are provided as guidance only.
Delays caused by suppliers, shipping providers, customer responses or circumstances beyond our control do not create liability.
9. Payment
Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Products, designs, printed parts or repaired devices may be withheld until payment has been received.
10. Warranty
Warranty applies only to the specific repair or service performed.
Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage after repair
- Misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer modifications
- Damage unrelated to the performed repair
Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printorg shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of its services or products.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or order giving rise to the claim.
12. Cancellation
Orders or projects may be cancelled before production begins.
Costs already incurred, including purchased parts, design work or materials, may still be charged.
Custom-made products and personalised items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
