Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, Printorg will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Replacement or refund decisions may depend on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

10. Collection

Where available, customers may choose local collection by appointment.
