Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about 3D printing, custom design, repairs, cleaning and webshop orders.

Repairs & Tech Cleaning

How do repair requests work?

Repairs are handled on request. Send us the device type, the issue and a few photos if possible. We first check if the repair fits our services. If not, we can refer you to a trusted repair partner.

What kind of repairs do you accept?

We mainly focus on PCs, laptops, 3D printers, selected electronics, connectors, practical hardware issues and small technical repairs. We do not accept every repair job.

Do you repair phones?

No, phone repair is not our main service. For phone repairs we prefer to refer customers to trusted specialists, such as Repairlab, when that is the better solution.

Do you offer tech cleaning?

Yes. We offer cleaning for tech-related products such as PCs, laptops, keyboards, ports, consoles, 3D printers and selected electronics. Internal cleaning depends on the device and condition.

Can cleaning fix overheating?

Sometimes. Dust buildup can reduce cooling performance in PCs, laptops, consoles and 3D printers. If the issue is caused by dust, blocked airflow or old thermal contact, cleaning may help.

Webshop / Orders

What will be available in the webshop?

The webshop will focus on selected tech products, USB-C cables, accessories and practical Printorg items. Products will be added step by step, with clear specifications and no confusing claims.

Why are the product specifications important?

Many tech products, especially USB-C cables, look similar but perform very differently. We want to clearly show charging power, data speed and intended use wherever possible.

Can I request a custom product?

Yes. Some products or parts may be available on request, especially 3D printed parts, custom accessories or small batch items.

Do you sell bulk or business orders?

Yes, business and education requests are possible. For larger quantities, custom work or recurring support, contact us so we can check what makes sense.

3D Printing & STL Files

How does STL printing work?

STL printing is handled on request. Send us your STL file, material preference and intended use. We check printability, estimate print time and calculate a price based on size, material, quality and finishing needs.

Do you offer fixed prices for 3D prints?

Not usually. Every print is different. A small decorative print, a strong functional part and a high-detail prototype all require different print settings, material use and print time.

What file types can I send?

STL files are preferred for printing. You can also send 3MF, STEP or reference images if you need design support first.

Can you print functional parts?

Yes, depending on the part, material and use case. Functional parts need the right material, print orientation and strength settings. We always check if 3D printing makes sense for the application.

Which materials do you use?

We commonly work with PLA, PETG and TPU. Other materials may be possible depending on the project, printer setup and required strength or flexibility.

3D Desing & Custom Parts

Can you design a part for me?

Yes. If you do not have a 3D file yet, you can send a sketch, photo, measurements or broken sample. We check if the part can be designed and printed, then estimate the design time and print cost.

What do you need for a design request?

Clear photos, rough dimensions and a short explanation of what the part should do. For functional parts, measurements and fitment are important. The better the information, the better the result.

Can you copy a broken part?

Sometimes. If the part is simple enough and can be measured properly, we can recreate it or design a practical replacement. Complex, safety-critical or heavily loaded parts may not be suitable.

Do you make prototypes?

Yes. We can help with simple prototypes, test parts and small design iterations. This is useful for checking size, fitment and function before making a final version.
